Position Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic individual who will assist in the responsibility for designing, deploying and supporting network infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to advise customers on the procurement, design, installation and upgrade of IT infrastructure systems.

The candidate will be able to:

• Work at a detailed level (hands on)
• Install, configure, optimize, troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows SBS, 2000 and 2003
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-energy environment
• Understand and appreciate the dynamic nature of a client's business and assist in the delivery of IT solutions
• Deal effectively with all levels of customers and team members
• Work well under pressure

The Candidate must demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Hold at least ONE of these certifications (i.e. MCSE, CCA, or MCP)
• Experience with Windows 2000/2003/XP, Active Directory, Exchange, WAN's and Citrix
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Effective / proven communication skills
